PROJECT DEVELOPMENT & ENVIRONMENT (PD&E) AND FEASIBILITY STUDIES

Feasibility studies aim to identify the most viable alternatives among the possible solutions to solve a particular transportation problem. We conduct Project Development and Environment studies (PD&E) including all necessary activities: field surveys; demand forecasting; capacity and safety analysis; environmental studies; definition of mitigation plans, periodic maintenance, routine conservation, and investment needs; definition of the operational model; budgeting (capex and opex); and economic studies with cost-benefit analysis (B/C analysis), internal rate of return (IRR), and payback reports. We also conduct financial analysis from the perspective of a specific agent such as investors or operators of the transportation system.
