PROJECT DEVELOPMENT & ENVIRONMENT (PD&E) AND FEASIBILITY STUDIES
Feasibility studies are primarily aimed at identifying the most viable investment alternatives among the possible solutions to address a specific transportation bottleneck. We develop technical, economic, and environmental feasibility studies (EVTEA), including all necessary activities: field surveys; demand definition; capacity and road safety analysis; environmental studies; assessment of rehabilitation, periodic maintenance, routine upkeep, and investment needs (expansions); definition of the operational model; budgeting (CAPEX and OPEX); and economic studies with calculations of net present value (NPV), benefit-cost ratio for users (B/C analysis), internal rate of return (IRR), and payback period. We also conduct financial analysis from the perspective of a specific stakeholder, such as investors or transportation system operators.
