TRAFFIC IMPACT ANALYSIS (TIA)

Impact studies aim to assess, quantify, and define the extent of the impacts caused by a given project or change within a transportation system, such as the implementation of new traffic-generating developments, road network interventions, or operational changes. Through a detailed diagnosis of vehicle and pedestrian circulation, and using reference manuals and tools, we seek to propose mitigating measures capable of maintaining traffic and transportation quality. Various performance measures can be employed in the analysis, depending on local requirements, including traffic flow, road safety, multimodal assessment  or environmental impacts such as pollutant emissions or noise.
