TRANSPORTATION MODELING AND DEMAND FORECASTING

Demand modeling, used to represent current and future conditions of infrastructure and/or transportation systems, includes activities such as scenario simulation, natural growth projections, modal competition, and fare revenue estimation. It is a fundamental step in the implementation of new projects across different modes, such as highways, railways, ports, airports, and terminals, as well as bus lines, light rail (LRT), subways, and regional trains. We have experience using a variety of software tools for transportation and logistics modeling and simulation, in both urban and rural environments.
