Civil Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), with a specialization in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from the Institute of Administration Foundation (FIA/USP). Possesses solid international experience, acquired through an international academic mobility program at the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in France, with a focus on feasibility studies for transportation infrastructure projects.

Professional with over 10 years of experience in the management and development of logistics infrastructure projects in the highway, railway, waterway, and port sectors. Has held strategic positions in business development and market intelligence in prominent organizations such as Réseau Ferré de France (France), Tectran, Arteris, Hidrovias do Brasil, Ultracargo, and EPR Rodovias.

Throughout his career, Julio has consolidated expertise in technical-economic feasibility analysis of infrastructure projects. He also possesses extensive knowledge of the Brazilian market for agricultural solid bulk cargo — especially soybeans, corn, and fertilizers — and liquid bulk cargo, including petroleum derivatives, ethanol, biodiesel, vegetable oils, among others.”
