Let\u00edcia holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in civil engineering from the School of Engineering at the Federal University of Minas Gerais and a specialization in Project Management from the Dom Cabral Foundation. She is a partner at Infraplan Consultoria and has been working in the field of traffic and transportation engineering consultancy since 2011.<\/p>\n

She began her career as an intern at the Brazilian Urban Trains Company (CBTU), assisting the project team in preparing technical drawings using AutoCAD. She interned for one year at the consulting firm Tectran and after graduating, she assumed the position of transportation analyst. As an analyst, she conducted various traffic studies, with a focus on regional planning. In 2019, following the acquisition of Tectran by the French multinational company Systra, she took on the role of junior engineer. During this period, in addition to technical tasks, she also took on managerial responsibilities, assisting in proposal development and project monitoring.
