Leandro holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on materials from the Federal University of S\u00e3o Carlos (UFSCar) and a master\u2019s degree in Transportation Engineering from the School of Engineering in S\u00e3o Carlos (EESC\/USP). He is a managing partner at Infraplan Consultoria and has been working in the field of logistics and transportation since 2005.<\/p>\n
He began his career as an intern at an American multinational company, where he assisted in implementing process improvements for compressor production. After graduating, he supervised the production and distribution areas of a metallurgy company. In 2012, he entered the field of traffic engineering consultancy as an analyst at the company Tectran, where he contributed to the development of planning and logistics studies. In 2015, with the acquisition of the company by the French multinational Systra, he assumed the position of coordinator in the highway studies department, a role he held until 2018 when he left the company to focus on Infraplan Consultoria. As one of the directors at Infraplan, he is responsible for project development and leads the technical team.<\/p>\n
